Up to 10 small cups of green tea a day is fine but studies show that more than that can be harmful. This is important to note if you're taking green-tea-based supplements because they "can contain up to 50 times as much polyphenol as a single cup of tea." Polyphenols are helpful in small doses but in large doses can cause liver and kidney damage. Everything in moderation, as they say.

I’m always frustrated by the tendency of Americans to turn every good thing into a pill.
And if those 10 “small” cups are American-sized cups… that’s a seriously large amount of tea… if that’s 12 ounces, it would be roughly 3.5 liters a day?
Ya i guess drink them in moderate will do. i drink around 5 cups of them and 5 cups of water. my fav green tea would be teacuppa.com dragonwell green tea.
