From the New York Times, an article about a great rare Champagne from vines untouched by phylloxera. "Bollinger produces one of the rarest and by most accounts greatest of all Champagnes, Vieilles Vignes Fran├žaises." Not surprisingly, I've never heard of this Champagne, but I sure would like to try it out. Think there's any chance they'll send me a review bottle? I can imagine my take on it already: bubbly and good!
